I personally book all appointments to allow more flexibility.

Taking the step to seek support is courageous, and I commend you for being here. In our confidential space, we will work together, at your pace, to navigate your challenges and foster growth.

 

I offer in-person sessions in Ottawa on Mondays until 9 pm, and online during the other days. I also offer evening sessions.
